由 ASCI（American Customer Satisfaction Index）从 2016 年 4 月到 2017 年 4 月为期一年，针对 36,194 位消费者进行智能手机满意度调查，其中得分最高的机型为 Apple的 iPhone SE，在百分制下一共拿下了 87 分，胜过同社最新机型 iPhone 7 Plus 与Samsung目前主打的 Galaxy S6 Edge+。另外值得一提一提的是前 20 名当中，除了 Motorola 的 Moto G（第 18 名）与 LG 的 LG G4（第 19 名）外，前 20 名当中的其他 18 个席次，全部由 Apple 与 Samsung 包下。
